Vinification: Gentle pressing of destemmed and crushed grapes in pneumatic press. Cold sedimentation and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aging process: Aged in 12 months in Armenian oak barrels of 400 liters
Serving Temp.: Serve chilled at 12 to 15 °C
