Vineyard: Ararat valley
Grape varieties: 70% Haghtanak 30% Kakhet
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and crushed, vinification at 25-30 degrees for 8-10 days.
Aging process: Partially aged in Armenian oak barrels for 6 months.
Serving Temp.: Serve at 18 °C
Food pairing: Recommended to be paired with grilled red meat, steaks, aged cheese and other ribald dishes.
Tasting notes: A dark red colored wine with complex aromas of cherries, plums, hints of toasted oak wood and a harmonious taste with smooth tannins.
