This special wine is made from the fine Armenian autochthonous Voskehat grape variety from Aragatsotn region. The vines have an average age of 60 years. They are situated at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level.

Vinification:  After being hand-picked and severely sorted, we used the combination of fermentation and maceration in traditional Karas (clay amphoraes of 1000 litres) at 17-20 °C for 15-20 days. Aged in karases for 1 month and transferred to Armenian oak barrel for partial malolactic fermentation.

Aging process: Aged in Armenian 400l oak barrels for 4 months.

Serving Temp.: Serve chilled at 12 to 13 °C

Food pairing: It pairs great with exotic seafood as well as with noble cheese and spicy poultry dishes.

Tasting notes: A pale linden-blossom like yellow robe with notes of white flowers, honey and delicate hints of oak wood characterize this noble wine. A full-bodied mouth with a fresh attack and a smooth persistence.
