Vinification: Gentle pressing of destemmed and crushed grapes in the pneumatic press. Must settling with static technic at low temperature. Cold sedimentation and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aging process: Aged in stainless steel tanks
Serving Temp.: Serve chilled at 12 to 15 °C
Food pairing: Recommended to pair with fruits and as an appetizer.
Tasting notes: Vozkevaz Urzana is an aromatic dry white wine made from 100 % of the rare Armenian muscat-vardabuyr (Armenian for “scent of roses”) variety. Harvested and severely sorted by hand and carefully processed to preserve his unique aromas of roses, flowers and citrus fruits.
