Vineyard: Armavir region
Grape varieties: 100 % Muscat Vardabuyr
Vinification: Late harvest grapes are dried on the straw to reach desired sugar level. The grapes are then gently destemmed and pressed. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 15 days. The wine was fortified to achieve desired balance and harmonic composition.
Aging process: Aged in Armenian oak barrels for 1 year.
Serving Temp.: Serve chilled at 10 to 15 °C
Food pairing: excellent pairing with French foie-gras, fruits, bitter chocolate and desserts.
Tasting notes: The light amber color, the clean aromas of roses paired with strong raisin tones make this sweet liqueur wine an amazingly festive beverage.
