Vinification: Gentle pressing of destemmed and crushed grapes in the pneumatic press, cold sedimentation and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
Aging process: Aged in stainless steel tanks
Serving Temp.: Serve chilled at 8 to 10 °C
Food pairing: It pairs great with Mediterranean dishes as well as light traditional Armenian plates, soft cheeses and sea food appetizers.
Tasting notes: The aroma is dominated by citrus fruits and white spring flowers. It is an elegant white wine with a well-balanced acidity and a refreshing aftertaste.
