This full-bodied red wine is made from a rare, ancient Armenian grape variety called Sireni, known for producing robust wines with a sturdy structure. The Voskevaz vintage Sireni reveals expressive aromas of fresh and candied cranberries, cherries, raspberries, and pomegranate. The grapes for the Voskevaz vintage Sireni come from high-altitude vineyards cultivated on lean, volcanic soils. After manual harvesting and thorough manual sorting, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. Well-balanced with ripe, firm tannins and a long berry aftertaste, it is a great wine that pairs well with all kinds of meat and is particularly delicious with duck and game dishes.
